Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace Institution is a specialized government university. The university was built with government assistance. It is the first higher education institution focused on aeronautical engineering in Bangladesh.

 The students will enroll in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University with BSc in Aeronautical Engineering (Aerospace) in 30 subjects in the academic year 2022.

Bangabandhu Sheik Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University (BSMRAAU) Admission Test 2022

Bangabandhu Aviation University (BSMRAAU) Graduation First-Year Admission Circular has been published. For the second time in the 2022 academic year, 60 students will be admitted to each of the two departments, with 30 students each.

Students will be admitted to two programs of the Faculty of Aviation Engineering and Technology (FAT) for 4 years. The two programs are-

  • BSc in Aeronautical Engineering (Avionics).
  • BSc in Aeronautical Engineering (Aerospace).

In the case of the initial application in both subjects, the service charge through Teletalk Mobile Banking is Tk. 200 (excluding the SMS charge). Eligible Candidates will have to send  550 takas (SMS charge applicable) through Teletalk to withdraw the admission test fee and admit card. The admission test will be held at BAF Shaheen College Dhaka, Chittagong and Jessore, and Lalmonirhat Air Force C&M Unit.

The first 5000 students from the applicant will be able to participate in the admission test based on merit. The admission test is based on the total marks obtained in the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in the secondary/equivalent examination among the admitted students. And they Will be considered eligible candidates to participate in the test.

BSMRAAU Admission Eligibility

The university has published the admission circular on admission eligibility, online application deadline, questions distribution, and examination schedule. So here, we have discussed the admission eligibility of the students.

  • Students must pass SSC/equivalent examinations in 2018 & 2019 and HSC/equivalent examinations in 2021 from the science group.
  • A minimum GPA of 4.50 is required in both SSC/equivalent.HSC/equivalent for candidates from the science group.
  •  You must complete the GCE “O” level by May 2017 or later and the GCE “A” level by November 2021 or earlier. The science department requires candidates to have obtained a minimum of 5 and 24 points and a total of 26.00 points in 2 subjects from GCE “O” and GCE “A” level / equivalent examinations.
  • Applicant Age should not be over 22 years as on.

BSMRAAU Admission Mark Distribution

An SMS will be sent to the candidate with the User ID and Password or other instructions.

Collect your admit card

Candidates must collect admit cards.During the written test and the interview, candidates must carry admit cards and a National ID or Passport.
