The German grade is used to assess the quality of a person’s work. In order to get an accurate assessment, it is necessary to have information about the person’s level of education and experience. The grade system consists of five levels: A, B, C, D and E. Level A indicates an excellent performance; level B indicates a good performance; level C indicates a satisfactory performance; level D means that there are some mistakes in it and there are no major mistakes but not too many minor ones either; and finally E means that there are very few minor mistakes but major ones as well.
GPA 1 is the highest number in Germany. If you have CGPA 4 out of 4, that means you got 1 in Germany GPA. Grades in Germany are based on a linear grading scale from 1.0 to 6.0.
